Production and deep freezing

The production and deep freezing of vegetables are done in our factory in Alcantarilla, in the region of Murcia. The latest technologies together with our highly qualified staff make the product preserve its quality.

The Quality Department carries out different tests, both chemical and bacteriological, to ensure the nutritional value of our products. In this way the strict control of the production process ensures maintenance of the cold chain starting from production to the final destination of the product.

For this reason, food is deep frozen at -42ºC then packed and stored at -20°C according to ISO 9001 and BRC and following the current regulations of respect and care for the environment.
